Club Stockton Raffle Promotions- 2025

Length of the Promotion:
1. From Thursday 20th February to Sunday 28th December 2025

Raffle Day & Time Schedules
1. An outline of the raffle ticket sales day & time schedule is presented below:

Raffle Day: Thursday Tickets On Sale: 5:30pm Raffle Drawn: 6:30pm
Raffle Day: Friday Tickets On Sale: 5:30pm Raffle Drawn: 6:30pm
Raffle Day: Sunday Tickets On Sale: 2:30pmRaffle Drawn: 3:30pm

Prize pools
1. Thursday: 33 prizes (Retail gift cards & meat trays)
2. Friday: 30 prizes (Variety Raffle)
3. Sunday: 20 prizes (Retail gift cards & Meat Trays)
4. From time-to-time additional prizes may be added to the prize pool to promote special events

How to enter:
1. Members and guests will be able to purchase raffle tickets during the scheduled raffle sales time.
2. Non-members will be able to purchase ‘face value’ tickets, meaning if you purchase $10 worth of raffle tickets you will receive $10 of raffle tickets.
3. Members must present their membership card to staff to swipe their card at the SENPOS terminal at the time of sale to receive double the number of tickets purchased. E.g. the purchase of $10 worth of tickets will result with the Club member receiving $20 worth of tickets.
Terms and conditions:
1. The new terms for the Club Stockton Raffle Promotions 2025 will commence from Thursday 20th and run to Sunday 28th December 2025.
2. Raffle tickets are to be purchased using cash or using EFTPOS only. No redemption points may be used to purchase raffle tickets.
3. All raffle prizes are not transferable for cash or changeable.
4. The Raffle draws will be conducted on the premise of Club Stockton, which is located at 29 Douglas Street Stockton NSW 2295.
5. The promotion is only open to persons 18 years of age.
6. Club directors and employees are ineligible to enter the draws and ineligible to claim any prize.
7. The winning person is required to be present at the time of draw.
8. In the event the number is called but the winner is not present, 3 minutes will be given to claimants before re-draw until the winner is identified.
9. The raffle will stop selling tickets at 6:30 pm on Thursday’s & Fridays & 3:30 pm on Sunday sharp.
10. Each raffle draw will be conducted by a member of the club management team or a member of staff nominated by management.
11. The raffle winners will be announced via club PA system.
12. Participation in the raffles implies acceptance of all rules and regulations.
13. All decisions concerning any aspect connected with the raffles will be made by the management of Club Stockton, whose decision will be final.
14. If for any unseen reason a technical problem with the club’s POS system occurs, the club reserves the right to delay the raffle within a reasonable amount of time.
15. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the selected winner. Disqualification will be at the discretion of the club’s management and no correspondence will be entered into.
